NEVER SAY DIE!

You can say Dai though. Dai the little dragon in the first of the stories in Once Upon A Week, who now has a face courtesy of a new book cover. My children’s book badly needed one instead of the plain cover it had. Not that this will miraculously pull it out of the Amazon jungle to prominance at the top of the tree – which in the Amazon can apparently be one of 16,000 species including the rubber tree – that could be useful then it can keep bouncing into view to attract attention. Only sales can hoist it up the rankings but still I am happier now I have a child friendly cover on it.

It was designed by a new acquaintance that I made contact with as a result of a chat with a neighbour. She created it in just an hour too. I will be definitely be using her professional skills again. Laura Quelch is her name and if you would like to view her website take a trip to:

Never say die could also refer to this blog even. Not writing anything for two months in delusion, I have at last had a reader comment on my last blog, The Game Is Afoot. So thank you very much JC.

I am not going to dragon this time but leave that to Dai.
